Terms of service

PayPal only!

I accept payment plans.

I accept deadlines only if the commissioner informs me at least 2 weeks ahead of the date.

There are no refunds, unless stated otherwise.

Upfront payment - I will require your PayPal address.

Payment must be made within 48 hours after I send an invoice.

I reserve the right to decline your request for any reason without explanation.

The estimated time of finishing a commission is 4-8 weeks.

I reserve myself the right to take up to 12 months to finish a commission.

You're not allowed to make copies, prints, merchandise, etc. of my work for profit.

You're allowed to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (e.g., can print the artwork, set as a desktop wallpaper, avatar, icon, etc.)

You're allowed to post the commissioned artwork online, on condition that you give me a credit, and you use a provided watermarked version.

The more references of your character and the more refined ideas you provide - the easier and faster the commission will be done.

Be sure about the references and description before commission. Changes are charged extra.

I reserve the right to use a finished commission to advertise myself.
